Back in November, in addition to having Novanta and Dyndrite in our booth at Formnext for major product synergy announcements, we were also on display in SLM’s newly launched Software Partner Ecosystem. With an expanding software ecosystem, we left Formnext with high confidence in Sigma’s forward path.
As part of that forward movement, we’re excited to announce a new partnership and expansion into post-process QA. We are integrating with DyeMansion, the global leader in connected & integrated post-processing solutions for industrial polymer 3D-printing. PrintRite3D®: Machine Health standardizes the format for log files from various OEMs, making it easy for you to monitor the health and performance of your additive manufacturing machines regardless of make or model. Our statistical analytics and reporting features give you an early warning of potential issues and let you communicate your results with ease. Additionally, we’re pleased to announce that our Part Health product now utilizes API calls to pull melt pool data from other systems to perform Sigma analytics. We’re actively pulling data from EOS and SLM, among other OEMs, and we’re confident this will be a valuable tool for those looking to optimize their additive manufacturing process.

As Sigma continues to develop and release innovative quality assurance solutions, we are also pleased to highlight the growth of the Company’s patent portfolio. As of February 24, 2023, the total number of granted patents has increased to 29 with an additional 40 patent applications in-process. Recently, Sigma received several foundational patent grants from some of its earliest filed patent families that cover sensor-based machine learning and sensor fusion in both on- and off-axis configurations.
