For a limited time, we are offering our Beta partners early access to Sigma’s Machine Health module, including:

  • Ability to link machines by API or upload all machine sensor csv log files
  • Creation of a common standards-based file format for analytics, visualization, and reporting agnostic of machine type
  • A single cohesive environment for all in-process quality data, customizable to your unique production requirements
  • Deep insight into your machine sensor data
  • Dashboard visualization view showing key metrics
  • A path to scale to future integrated Process and Part Health modules containing sensor fusion of camera, thermal camera, melt pool data, and more

About The Process Health Module

In heterogenous environments, the proprietary quality control approaches that various additive machine manufacturers have developed often lead to inconsistency in quality assurance across manufacturing operations. Fragmented quality strategies lead to cost-control issues, increased scrap rates, and missed deadlines for in-house and contract manufacturers alike. Industries like aerospace, defense, medical, and automotive have become frustrated by the AM industry’s complicated, expensive, and time-consuming path to achieve efficient part qualification and standardization.

Sigma’s PrintRite3D Machine Health module marks the beginning of Sigma Additive Solutions software-only approach to quality assurance by allowing users to take disparate machine log files and standardize them. Built upon our robust PrintRite3D monitoring and analytics technology, we are creating a framework for connecting and standardizing distinct sensors and images into a cohesive product suite.

This act of sensor fusion – conjoining data types – will provide improved confidence in defect detection, root cause analysis and mitigation – allowing everyone to interpret control charts and other data types/sources uniformly.

Our team at Sigma Additive Solutions has spent more than a decade creating and refining the technology to provide a framework for standards-based data exchange, metrics, and analytics.

We are committed to an open architecture philosophy, acting as a 3rd-party agnostic option connectable to the broad install base of the additive industry.
