Sigma Additive Solutions CEO Jacob Brunsberg discusses moving to a software-only model, new products and…
If you are headed to formnext next week (November 15-18) in Frankfurt, you can find us at booth C139 in Hall 12.0. We’re proud to share our booth with our newest partners Dyndrite and Novanta.
We have lots to share regarding our recent advancements!
On October 25 we announced the first fully-integrated scan head with built-in quality assurance. Novanta’s Firefly3D scan head brings monitoring into the optical train as a standard, enabling Sigma’s data analytics and quality assurance software. You can see a Firefly3D scan head with monitoring at our booth or learn more here.
Last week we announced the release of a beta version of our PrintRite3D® Machine Health module. This new solution marks the beginning of our software-only approach to quality assurance by allowing users to take disparate machine log files and standardize them. Built upon Sigma’s PrintRite3D monitoring and analytics technology, we are creating a framework for connecting and standardizing distinct sensors and images into a cohesive product suite. Click here if you are interested in benefiting from the beta program or want to learn more.
We formed the AcGovDustrial network to streamline our work with universities, research labs, government organizations and industrial companies. To provide a platform for improving collaboration related to in-situ monitoring and real-time analysis for quality assurance, certification, and qualification of additively manufactured parts. Please join us and read the information sheet.
Stay tuned for our soon-to-be released Process Health Module – for image-based defect detection via Visual Camera and Thermal Camera.
For more information about any of these opportunities, please contact us at sales@SigmaAdditive.com.
Whether you’re at formnext or not, we are driving the benefits of faster, cost-effective part qualification though connected AM quality. Get in touch if you’re interested in taking advantage of these benefits.
